Home Security System Redesign:
The aim of this project was to research an interactive system to potentially redesign; cutting-edge technologies were also researched to be incorporated into this redesign. The system I chose to research is the Home Security System, and the technologies I looked at were Voice User Interface, Voice + Speech Recognition, and Video Analytics using Artificial Intelligence. The project research, ideation, and final storyboard of the redesigned experience are presented below:
ATM Cash Deposit System Redesign:
The purpose of this project was to analyze a user experience that includes a digital interaction, and design an improved, next generation version of this experience. The user experience that I chose to study was the cash deposit experience on a Bank of America NCR ATM machine. I created a storyboard for the current experience and the redesigned future-state experience; both storyboards and some of the ideation sketches from the project are displayed below:
